Project Background:

Ningbo International Village Villa, as the top villa district in early Ningbo, after nearly 20 years, the owners decided to tear down and rebuild the ideal home.

This 380m2 space carries a companyis ultimate pursuit of a high quality of life.

Owners  Choice:

In order to find the ideal air conditioning system, the owner spent half a year visiting the market, researching technology, field visiting the site, and contacting multiple suppliers.

In the end - chose the Eckbeev variable wind volume water system all-air air conditioning provided by Ningbo Tianzhou.

Challenges and Breakthroughs:

When we intervened in the project, the interior design proposal was basically finalized. The lower height of the original beam is 3.3 meters, and the height of a completion ceiling is planned to be kept at 3.2 meters -

The original design was based on the standard height of two supply lines of a conventional water machine.

We had suggested a reduction to 3.05 metres, but the owners and designers insisted they were unwilling to compress the sense of space.

With 11 years of all-air systems expertise, we took the challenge up and finally successfully integrated the Eckbeev all-air system without lowering the ceiling.
